Amy McGill | PA-C

Amy McGill is a certified physician assistant joining Dr. F.Victor Atalla and Essential Skin Restoration where she will be the provider, along with Dr. Atalla, for Botox and advanced level dermal fillers. Amy received her BS degree in Nutrition/Exercise Science from Florida State University in 1999. She followed this with clinical clerkships in both orthopedics and dermatology, with emphasis on skin cancers and skin cancer surgery. She earned her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies in 2005 from The University of Kentucky and had previously been director of a laser and cosmetic practice in Green Hills. She was also the national nurse director for Institute of Aesthetic Medicine.

Amy is nationally certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), the Laser Institute of America, and Aesthetic Advancements for Botox® Cosmetic. She has professional affiliations with the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgeries, American Academy of Physician Assistants, Society of Dermatologic Physician Assistants, and the Tennessee, Florida and Kentucky Associations of Physician Assistants.

Jackie Riley | billing specialist

Jackie Riley has been working with the team at Atalla Plastic Surgery since 2004 as our billing and credentialing specialist. She works tirelessly to assist patients with financing when needed, as well as insurance companies to ensure that the patient’s care is covered. Jackie is available during office hours to speak with patients regarding billing and payment options.

Kim Hart | administrative assistant/patient care coordinator

Kim Hart came to Atalla Plastic Surgery in 2000 as our receptionist. With time, she has developed our scheduling system, computer programs, phone systems and numerous other projects. You will most likely meet Kim when scheduling appointments or at our front desk greeting patients. Kim has also attended numerous skin care, laser and make-up conferences and work shops, and is able to answer questions related to these areas.

Deanna Diehl | licensed practical nurse

Deanna Diehl, LPN, began her career in medicine working in acute and cardiac care. She then moved into the long-term care and home health environments. Deanna began working in our practice at its inception in 1998, helping to set up the office, developing protocols and procedures and developing relationships with the hospital operating room staff to provide a smooth surgical experience for the patient. Deanna has attended multiple inservices, conferences and workshops on various procedures and technology that Dr. Atalla uses, and has received specific training and certification in the areas of laser therapy, Fraxel Restore and and LipoLite. Most importantly, Deanna has worked next to Dr. Atalla, learning his technique and treatment styles, and has become an invaluable resource for patients. We want our patients to feel comfortable calling our office, and Deanna is readily available to answer clinical as well as surgical scheduling questions.

Stacy Wall | Clinical Manager

Stacy Wall, clinical manager, graduated from Campbellsville University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences in 1997. She trained under Drs. Pardue and Day at Belle Meade Dermatology in both skin care and laser technology. Stacy has been with ESR since 2000. She is a certified medical assistant and a member of the american society of laser medicine and surgery. She is also certified in the use of Cutera, Lumenis and Radiancy laser technology, Obagi and Jan Marini skin care systems and is a licensed massage therapist.

Rebecca Heflin | Clinical Aesthetician

Rebecca Heflin, clinical aesthetician, has been with ESR since 2005. She completed a 750 hour course of study at the International Academy in Cincinnati, Ohio and is licensed in the state of Kentucky. Her areas of interest and expertise include non-invasive skin resurfacing and acne therapy. She is certified in Obagi and Jan Marini skin care systems, and Cutera laser technology.

Lillian Ashby | Licensed Aesthetician

Lillian Ashby, licensed aesthetician began her career in skin care in 1968 in Lincoln Nebraska. With her interest surrounding medical aesthetics, she focused her training on difficult to treat skin care conditions such as acne and rosacea. She has attended numerous scientific skin care courses and is certified by the congress of aesthetics. She worked independently in Russellville, Ky for many years and came to ESR in 2003. Her areas of interest and expertise are rosacea, acne and aging skin.

Pharann Hoffman

Pharann Hoffman, licensed massage therapist, received her training in massage and bodywork at the Denver School of Massage Therapy and the Natural Health Institute. She is nationally certified in both massage and bodywork. She has a special interest in deep tissue structural work, and has been working in a clinical setting for the past two years. Pharann offers Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, neuromuscular, stone massage, and reflexology. We are pleased to have her as a new member of the Atalla Plastic Surgery team.
